Job summary

Peraton seeks an Acquisition Analyst for the DHA PRMD/GSP-CIO-Operations to assist in researching, coordinating, and managing resources for procurement packages in line with DHA requirements. The role supports both pre- and post-award activities, working closely with COR and CIO stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong federal acquisition knowledge, market research skills, and experience with IGCEs, PWS/SOO development, and records management, in a government-contract setting.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract terms and conditions, and agency documentation requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and support acquisition planning
• Proficiency with common office and document-management tools, particularly spreadsheets, word-processing, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all pre-award acquisition activities.
• Requirements Documentation: Assisting in the development, consolidation, and editing of acquisition requirements documents, such as PWS, SOO, and market research reports.
• Acquisition Planning: Supporting the development of acquisition strategies and plans, drafting documents for Government oversight's review.
• Financial Analysis: Conducting analysis to support the development of IGCEs.
• Records Management: Establishing and maintaining pre-award documentation files in accordance with federal regulations and agency policies.
• Provide post-award contract administration support for all contracts and task orders identified as being in-scope by the Government.
• Performance Monitoring: monitor contractor performance against terms, report findings to COR.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise between Government COR and MTf CIOs; consolidate feedback.
• Reporting and Communication: communicate findings to COR for visibility of vendor obligations.
• Financial Analysis & Invoice Review: analyze contracts, track expenditures, review invoices.
• Records Management: maintain audit-ready contract files.
• Other tasks as assigned.
