Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Procurement Associate L2 to support manufacturing through strategic sourcing of critical components and services.

You will manage subcontracts, lead supplier selection, and conduct cost/price analyses while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with FAR regulations. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in procurement within an ERP-driven manufacturing environment is essential.
• Familiarity with FAR/government procurement is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Procure critical path components and services to support manufacturing needs.
• Manage subcontracts and lead supplier selection, cost/price analysis, and negotiations.
• Ensure on-time delivery by following up with suppliers and monitoring schedules.
• Review terms and conditions and corresponding agreements; understand component specs.
• Maintain FAR-compliant documentation; audit PO files and buyer documentation.
• Participate in company and department improvement initiatives.
