Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years acceptable.
• Experience in purchasing within an ERP-driven manufacturing environment is essential.
• Government/FAR procurement experience preferred but not required.
• Proven contract negotiation and terms/conditions experience.

Responsibilities

• Procure critical path components and services, manage subcontracts, and liaise with internal customers (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program).
• Lead supplier selection, perform cost/price analysis, and conduct negotiations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and monitor supplier performance against schedules.
