Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and drawings to confirm scope of work and requirements.
• Request quotes, analyze pricing, prepare contracts, and document approvals.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and performance plans to meet goals.
• Coordinate with estimators, CAD Technicians and Project Managers.
• Interview vendors for price, availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement records including costs, delivery and quality.
• Communicate schedules and vendor conditions to operations teams.
• Ensure estimates are complete and risks are mitigated.
