Job summary

You will work with estimators, CAD Technicians and Project Managers, and ensure timely deliveries and accurate scope alignment. A strong focus on negotiation, budgeting, and risk mitigation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience with procurement processes and contract preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review specs and drawings to confirm scope of work and material requirements.
• Request quotes, analyze pricing and compliance, and prepare contracts.
• Develop budgets, schedules and performance plans to meet goals.
• Coordinate with estimators, CAD Technicians and Project Managers.
• Interview vendors for product information, price, availability, and delivery.
• Maintain procurement records including costs, delivery, quality or performance.
• Prepare engineering instructions for shop drawing process.
• Communicate schedules and vendor conditions to operations team.
• Ensure estimates cover all items and risks are mitigated.
