Privia Health, LLC is seeking a Procurement Associate to support corporate and care-center operations. The role focuses on securing best value through contracts, vendor management, and compliance with HIPAA in a remote setting across the United States.

The position involves drafting and managing agreements, enabling cost savings, and collaborating with teams and vendors to optimize purchasing for medical supplies and services. A bachelor’s degree and procurement experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working with procurement.
• Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Enter new vendor contracts into the contract management system and ensure approval.
• Draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, NDAs, and Third Party Access Agreements.
• Draft simple amendments and facilitate execution (e.g., term extensions).
• Collaborate with Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to grow cost savings on supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
