Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a sourcing professional to manage contracts and supplier relationships across a multi-facility system. You will negotiate terms, drive cost reductions, and oversee the bid process to secure best-in-class pricing and terms.

With 5+ years in procurement, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve value, ensure timely contract changes, and support analytics for savings opportunities across our hospitals and sites in the region.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing or procurement
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-3 years with bachelor’s degree
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service levels
• Authorize routing of contracts, distribution and document management
• Implement timely changes to contracts
• Develop and improve utilization of products and services
• Lead bid processes for products and services
• Conduct market research and strategy development with internal stakeholders
• Meet with vendors to review contracts and performance
• Review invoice discrepancies and accruals
