Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and procurement software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
• Research supplier reliability, pricing, and quality.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors.
• Assist in creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define specs and quantities.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory records and forecast demand.
• Collaborate across departments to align purchasing needs.
• Travel to CLS Health clinics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
