Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an Indirect Procurement Associate Buyer in Coppell, TX for a 6 months+ contract. You will support MPC-US Production Operation, design procurement strategies, manage ERP/MRP/MPS/WMS tools, and drive cost efficiency.

The role requires 0-2 years in procurement or SCM, strong analytical skills, proficiency with SAP or similar systems, and bilingual English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• 0-2 years in procurement or SCM as per job description.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations and ERP systems.
• Experience with MRP, MPS, and WMS and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement procurement strategies to align with company goals, optimizing cost, quality, and lead time.
• Lead the integration and management of procurement tools, including ERP, MRP, MPS, and WMS systems.
• Evaluate and streamline end-to-end procurement processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of POs, supplier agreements, and inventory management.
• Use data analysis to monitor procurement trends, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
