A bilingual English/Korean capability is essential for HQ communications. Responsibilities include vendor selection, contract negotiation, PO management, and ensuring cost-effective solutions across hardware, software, and maintenance; training users on internal processes and tools.

Qualifications

• English and Korean bilingual required for regular HQ communications.
• 1+ year of hands-on purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP or equivalent purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT infrastructure requirements and plan procurement for hardware, software, and maintenance.
• Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality IT products and services.
• Handle procurement for Hardware, Software, and Maintenance-related services.
• Communicate with vendors on quotes, POs, and order follow-ups.
• Log, track PO transactions and generate reports for the Team Lead.
• Provide training on internal OpenPlace processes for new users.
• Negotiate and manage IT maintenance contracts and vendor onboarding.
