As a member of the Third Party Team within North America Customer Service, your primary responsibility is to manage purchase orders with suppliers shipping finished goods directly to North American customers. You will coordinate shipment confirmations, act as a liaison between customer service and vendors, handle freight arrangements, and ensure timely goods issues and documentation delivery.
