• JOB STATUS: OPEN

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Security Clearance: Tier 3/Secret Security Clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience in the respective discipline, including 3 years in the DoD, OR 7 years of related experience with proper certifications, including 5 years in the DoD

Responsibilities

• Apply Acquisition and Financial Management policies, regulations, and directives including FAR/DFARS, FMR, DAFI, AFLCMC standards, and MILSTD 881D
• Experience with acquisition cost estimating/analysis, including advanced mathematics and data analytics, defining WBS/cost estimating structure
• Use estimating tools such as Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools, Oracle Crystal Ball, and others
• Develop cost estimates for all phases of Sensors acquisition programs, support milestone reviews
• Utilize automated systems for cost analysis, life cycle estimates, BCA, CBA, and EA
• Support development and analysis of program costs, including POM, budget inputs, and offeror proposals
• Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Follow AFLCMC Standard Process for Cost Estimates, including data research, formulation, review, and documentation
• Provide comprehensive cost estimates covering development, production, and O&S costs
