Job summary

CRH APAC-Atlantic in Georgia seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to manage purchasing and cost control, process purchase orders, and coordinate vendor invoices. You will maintain accurate financial records and support accounting across multiple operations.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and at least two years in procurement or accounting, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Join a team dedicated to efficiency, compliance, and growth within CRH.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of procurement, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software (Viewpoint or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and route invoices for coding, approval, and payment.
• Verify goods/services received before processing receipts.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and vendors to provide prompt service.
• Assist with month-end close and internal audits as needed.
• Support process improvements within the department.
