Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an analytics-driven professional to join the Purchasing team. You will build and maintain KPI reporting for procurement, develop data-driven dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

This Full Time role works 8:00am–4:30pm and partners with Finance, HR, IT and Compliance to support audits, drive process improvements, and ensure purchasing accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years analytics in supply chain/procurement
• Advanced Excel Knowledge
• Strong communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI reporting for procurement metrics
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects in approvals and pricing
• Create management-ready dashboards and weekly executive summaries
• Partner with Finance/AP to improve invoice throughput
• Support audits with documentation and control adherence
