Job summary

Brook + Whittle seeks a Procurement and Operations Senior Analyst to drive cross‑functional analysis, reporting, and FP&A support. You will identify data sources across ERP systems, structure data, and build forecasting models in Excel and BI tools to improve visibility into costs, supplier performance, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement or analytics, strong Excel and BI skills, and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset to work with IT, finance, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, operations, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in procurement, operations, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building structured reports.
• Strong Excel skills including models, reconciliations, and Power Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs, business activity, supplier information, and operating performance to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reporting, insights, and performance measures to improve decision-making.
• Identify data sources across systems and structure data for recurring analysis.
• Support procurement‑related analysis and reporting, including vendor comparisons.
• Build and maintain reporting models, dashboards, and analytical tools in Excel/BI.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across functions.
• Assist in collecting and communicating market, competitive, and operational data.
