Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an Analytics professional to join the procurement team in Missouri. You will build KPI reporting, conduct root-cause analyses, and develop dashboards to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include partnering with Finance/AP, supporting audits, and translating insights into actionable recommendations with clear ownership and timelines. A 3+ year track record in supply chain analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years analytics in supply chain/procurement.
• Advanced Excel knowledge required.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI reporting for procurement metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects and process issues.
• Create dashboards and executive summaries; translate findings into actions with owners.
• Partner with Finance/AP on match exceptions and invoice throughput.
• Support audits: documentation and control adherence.
