Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; or 2 years of equivalent purchasing/ supply experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic ERP navigation; willingness to learn procurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders per planning, contracts, and supplier agreements;
• Monitor open orders, delivery performance, and supplier confirmations; follow up on routine discrepancies or delays.
• Escalate supply risks, shortages, and delivery issues to senior Purchasing Analysts or supervisors.
• Communicate order status to internal stakeholders, including Supply Planning and Operations.
• Maintain procurement data, order records, and system transactions in ERP and related tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement execution and inventory accuracy.
