Job summary

IMCD Group in Westlake, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Analyst II to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inbound receipts and strong inventory integrity across systems and partners.

The role involves advanced reconciliation, item master maintenance in JD Edwards, and collaboration with 3PL warehouses and cross‑functional teams. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related role.
• Experience with 3PL warehouses or distribution centers.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE).

Responsibilities

• Review inbound receipts and verify EDI receipts for damage, discrepancies, or variances.
• Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to ensure quick receipt turnaround and improve efficiency.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies for accurate stock records.
• Maintain item attributes in JDE with updates and corrections in coordination with partners.
• Create and close work orders, update statuses, and support production workflows.
• Record monthly/quarterly warehouse metrics and maintain contact lists for reporting.
• Attend meetings and support department objectives.
• Assist with annual inventories and audits.
