The Ash Group is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the client’s procurement operations in Falls Church, VA. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement and pay up to $40/hour W2, dependent on experience.

You will review requisitions, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Collaboration with Finance and Operations is essential to achieve cost savings and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• US citizenship is required.
• 2+ years of prior experience purchasing IT products and professional services.
• Knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ivalua, and Costpoint is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.
• Create, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) within the procurement system.
• Assist in supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Confirm supplier payment terms and align with internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve inquiries.
• Support invoice and payment resolution by addressing discrepancies with suppliers and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and data for accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct basic spend analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and trends.
