Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a procurement operations professional to support operations in Workday, including PO enrichment, invoice match resolution, and catalog maintenance. The role partners with vendors and internal teams to drive procurement initiatives and reporting.

The position reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday). The candidate should have 1–3 years of procurement/grocery experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• College degree required with 1 to 3 years of procurement and grocery experience, purchasing experience desired; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and fax machines
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work well alone and as part of the team

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations in Workday, including PO enrichment, purchase order maintenance and change orders
• Assist with invoice match resolution, researching discrepancies and coordinating with vendors and internal partners
• Execute PO and requisition closures in alignment with procurement controls and audit requirements
• Support Workday catalog maintenance, including item updates, pricing changes, and supplier content
• Analyze supplier spend, bids, and pricing to support sourcing and negotiation activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and routine correspondence for Procurement leadership
