Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support supplier spend analyses, bid activities, and contract reviews in a hybrid role out of the Store Support Office in Phoenix. You will partner with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and vendor teams to ensure accurate PO data, catalog maintenance, and timely procurement support.

Qualifications

• College degree required with 1–3 years of procurement and grocery experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of organization, planning, records management and general administration.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations in Workday, including PO enrichment and maintenance.
• Assist with invoice match resolution and vendor coordination.
• Execute PO and requisition closures with audit-ready controls.
• Maintain catalog updates, pricing changes, and supplier content.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Procurement leadership.
