Job summary

Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation is seeking a Procurement Operations & Systems Support professional in Phoenix. The role partners with vendors and stakeholders to support procurement, including Workday activities such as PO enrichment and catalog maintenance, with cross-functional collaboration across IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sprouts vendor partners.

Reporting to the Store Support Office in Phoenix, this position offers a hybrid schedule Tuesday through Thursday and opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of procurement and grocery experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of organization, planning, records management and general administration
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, calculators and copiers
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work well alone and as part of the team

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations in Workday, including PO enrichment, purchase order maintenance and change orders
• Assist with invoice match resolution, researching discrepancies and coordinating with vendors and internal partners
• Execute PO and requisition closures in alignment with procurement controls and audit requirements
• Support Workday catalog maintenance, including item updates, pricing changes, and supplier content
• Manage procurement-related support requests and operational inquiries
• Analyze supplier spend, bids, and pricing to support sourcing and negotiation activities
• Support RFQ/RFP processes including bid analysis and vendor evaluations
• Conduct supplier and market research to support procurement initiatives
• Coordinate new vendor setup and onboarding
• Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier files
• Prepare reports, presentations, and routine correspondence for Procurement leadership
