The Procurement Manager – Benefits & Travel is responsible for managing sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations across the employee benefits and corporate travel categories. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and Travel Operations to ensure cost‑effective, compliant, and employee‑centric solutions. The manager applies procurement best practices—including RFx execution, TCO analysis, and vendor performance management—to deliver value across health & wellness programs, insurance, mobility, and travel services.
The position reports into the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday - Thursday.
