Giga Energy is seeking a Procurement Analyst to own the financial side of construction procurement for data center projects. You will maintain budget codes, schedules of values and pay applications, ensuring costs align with project budgets and paper trails.

The role reports to the Procurement Manager and supports a data-driven pay-application process on an AI-native platform. Based in Houston, Texas, or nearby Texas cities, the role is hybrid with regular in-office days and occasional

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction accounting, project accounting, cost control or procurement operations.
• Knowledge of AIA pay applications (G702/G703), schedules of values, retention, lien waivers and change orders.
• Highly organized with deadlines, documents and vendors moving at once.
• Strong spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget codes on the PO budget register and code purchases to the project budget.
• Review monthly pay applications against contracts and change orders.
• Run the monthly pay-application to paid cycle and report costs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for Finance.
