Job summary

Consertus, Inc. in Miami, FL seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support procurement, purchasing, and contract management for a public agency client. You will prepare solicitations, evaluate bids, issue and monitor contracts, and coordinate vendor relations across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in procurement or contract management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years procurement/purchasing and/or contract management experience.
• Experience working directly with vendors and coordinating groups.
• Proficient with MS Office; willingness to learn SharePoint and SAP.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both oral and written, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create solicitations, coordinate requirements, write specifications, conduct bid openings, evaluate bids and prepare award packages.
• Issue and monitor contracts; handle vendor issues; coordinate with legal and school boards as needed.
• Supervise contract purchases and monitor delivery of items.
• Facilitate RFQ bidding processes and contract amendments/extensions.
• Provide guidance to school/department personnel; track spend and vendor performance.
