Job summary

State of Florida, Office of Quality and Innovation in Tallahassee, is seeking a Procurement Analyst OPS to oversee procurement activities, manage POs, and negotiate terms for service contracts. The role supports cross-functional teams and ensures compliance with state procurement policies.

The successful candidate will have at least three years in state procurement, FCCM certification, and strong MFMP/MS Office skills to analyze data, manage contracts, and provide guidance across projects.

Qualifications

• At least three years of work experience in a professional office environment.
• At least three years of Procurement and/or acquisitions experience with a State of Florida Government Agency.
• Contract Management experience with any State of Florida Government Agency.
• Experience working on procurements for a State of Florida Government Agency.
• Current Florida Certified Contract Manager Certification (FCCM) required; attach certificate to application or provide upon request.
• Working knowledge of MFMP applications (Buyer, Sourcing, Vendor Information Portal).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversees and enforces PO terms and conditions; handles change orders and budget changes; reviews invoices per PO SOW.
• Manages assigned purchase orders and analyzes contract issues for provider programs and expenditures.
• Assist in creation/review of procurement documents; acts as contract manager for related contracts.
• Lead service team activities; coordinate with program staff to resolve service issues; assist with negotiations.
