Florida Department of Health seeks an experienced Government Analyst II to supervise procurement of complex commodities and services. You will lead high-profile solicitations, oversee advertising and bid events, and ensure compliance with state purchasing rules.

You will also support policy updates and provide analysis for senior management. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of purchasing experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a solid grasp of MFMP and Florida statutes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience.
• Experience with competitive solicitations.

Responsabilités

• Lead on high-profile competitive solicitations (RFP/ITN).
• Manage advertising, pre-proposal conferences, opening, and postings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procurement processes for competitive solicitations.
• Coordinate with program offices to meet purchasing requirements.
• Provide input, recommendations, and findings on purchasing policies.
• Plan and present statewide and regional conferences and workshops.
• Stay current with changes to purchasing rules, laws, and MFMP.
