Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) in New Jersey seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to manage the procurement of Construction Services for the Capital Projects portfolio. The role focuses on Civil, Electrical and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, and sourcing recurring contractual commitments to support operations.

Duties include identifying and qualifying suppliers, RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract development and administration, and PO issuance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience integrating product and commercial requirements into contracts and POs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, and CLM.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Duties may include being the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level where such expertise is useful in leveraging procurement activities.
• Work is primarily focused on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, although the ability to apply expertise across business units is desired
• Specific duties include Supplier identification and qualification; procurement sourcing; RFP preparation; bid evaluation; negotiation, materials and services contract development and administration; material and service planning; managing internal expert review protocols, preparing and issuing purchase orders

Pay Rate: $40 - 42.46/hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• The Senior Procurement Analyst will manage the procurement of Construction Services for the Capital Projects portfolio.
• Manage the procurement process for Civil, Electrical and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments and manage emergent work in support of operations.
