Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the acquisition of construction services for major capital projects. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, from supplier identification to contract administration, collaborating across Civil, Electrical, and A/E disciplines.

The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong Excel/Word skills, and travel as needed. Hybrid work with on-site days at multiple NJ locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) plus 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers for materials and services.
• Experience incorporating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for planned and emergent construction services.

Procurement Analyst

Contract Length: Through December 31, 2027, with possible extension
Location: South Plainfield, NJ / Plainfield, NJ / Newark, NJ
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site

Join Client’s Capital Projects procurement organization as a Procurement Analyst, supporting the acquisition of construction services for critical capital projects. This role manages sourcing, contracting, supplier negotiations, and purchase orders for Civil, Electrical, and Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services.

Procurement Analyst Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for planned and emergent construction services.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, sourcing, and competitive RFP processes.
• Analyze proposals, evaluate bids, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
• Develop and administer contracts and purchase orders for materials and services.

• Serve as a procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME), applying expertise across business units when needed.

Procurement Analyst Qualifications

The Procurement Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week in person. On‑site parking is available at the South Plainfield and Plainfield locations; Newark parking deck expenses are the individual’s responsibility.
