Job summary

Enloe Health's Purchasing Department seeks an Administrative Assistant to support procurement programs and the Chief Procurement Officer. The role involves assisting with value analysis, capCom, and workforce sustainability, plus general clerical duties within Procurement and Support Services.

You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and collaborate with managers, staff, and external vendors in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum: One year working in an office environment performing general clerical duties including experience using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Desired: Billing analysis and/or procurement experience.
• Healthcare or hospital environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement program activities and needs of the Chief Procurement Officer, Clinical Resource Manager, and the purchasing team.
• Assist with value analysis program; CapCom committee; Workforce Sustainability committee and other procurement duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
