Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee is seeking a Proctor to support testing operations at the Suwanee Campus. You will monitor room conditions, enforce testing policies, and assist with attendance and materials distribution to ensure exam integrity.
Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with staff to accommodate test-takers while upholding safety and fairness across sessions.
The proctor is responsible for helping to ensure the integrity of student test environments by monitoring room conditions and test‑taker behaviors. Proctors work closely with academic and administrative leaders to administer testing policies and procedures and related administrative actions, including tracking attendance, timekeeping, distributing and collecting materials, and reporting incidents and violations.
NOTE: All candidates must participate in all required training and orientation activities and meetings as a condition of employment.
Starting Hourly Pay: $20.00/hr
NOTE: Some PCOM staff and all PCOM active full‑and part‑time students are ineligible to serve as Proctors.
The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
