Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a solutions-driven Procore System Administrator to join our Data Center team and optimize our construction management platform for ongoing operational excellence.

You will empower project managers and field teams daily, ensure data integrity, and build actionable reporting while streamlining critical workflows. Flexible work options and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct hands-on Procore admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Able to troubleshoot issues and train non-technical stakeholders quickly.
• Strong analytics with custom reports, data integrity audits, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Procore Certified Admin preferred; OPC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: manage project settings, templates, and access across teams.
• User Support & Training: onboarding and ongoing training for high user proficiency.
• Data Management & Reporting: build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Integration & Process Improvement: connect Procore with accounting/ERP systems.
• Platform Optimization: monitor performance and adopt new Procore features.
