Job summary

Align Communications is seeking a hands-on Procore Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and improve the connection between our Procore construction platform and our Sage Intacct accounting system. This role bridges operations, finance, and technology, owning system administration, reporting, training, and process optimization to ensure long‑term adoption and excellence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Procore and Sage Intacct system administration in an operational or project management capacity.
• Background in accounting, finance, or operational leadership (CPA, CMA, or construction accounting certification a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction accounting concepts (job costing, WIP, commitments, retainage, etc.).
• Proficiency with Excel, data reconciliation, and system-driven reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner and SME of the Procore–Sage Intacct integration and system administration, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between systems.
• Partner with project management, accounting, and leadership teams to align system processes with operational and financial goals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects - from requirements gathering to launch, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Train project managers, finance teams, and operations staff on Tasks tool usage, system workflows, and integration best practices.
• Create, assign, and track project tasks in Procore using the Tasks tool to ensure accountability and visibility.
