Job summary

Prestressed Concrete Construction LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to improve operations through technology, data analytics, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the subject matter expert for Procore and other business systems, collaborating with leadership to assess needs and deliver data-driven insights.

The position involves standardizing processes, building Power BI dashboards, supporting IT tasks, and guiding projects from scope through adoption to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software platforms (Procore preferred).
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's SME for Procore and other business systems.
• Identify operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop standardized procedures, workflows, and SOPs across departments.
• Design and maintain process maps and workflow documentation.
• Research and recommend new software, automation tools, and AI applications to support business objectives.
• Develop BI reporting to provide meaningful KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify reporting needs and build actionable dashboards.
• Analyze operational data from multiple systems to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Lead or support software implementation projects, testing, and user adoption.
