Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Vancouver, WA seeks a Business Systems Analyst to provide high-level analytical support for the Transmission Engineering Grid Expansion organization. You will bridge business operations with technical execution, focusing on Procore/Procore-Gov platforms and enterprise Construction Management processes.

Role requires strong analytical rigor, experience in Procore configurations, and collaboration with internal SMEs, contracting officers, and IT security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business systems or related field highly desired.
• 5 years of experience required with a bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of experience required with an associate degree.
• 9 years of experience required without a degree or applicable degree.
• Experience with facilitating technical contracts for electrical utilities design/build.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level analytical business systems support and bridge between business operations and technical execution.
• Serve as primary contact for active project deployments and ongoing operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Contracting Officer's Representatives, IT security, and external vendors.
• Translate engineering workflows into clean, automated system processes.
• Contribute to Procore configurations, reports, and QA/testing.
