Job summary

Integra Mission Critical is seeking an Information Platform Lead to act as the primary technical and functional SME for information management platforms, with Procore as a focal point. You will govern, configure, and optimize platforms, manage permissions, workflows, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires collaboration with IT, document control, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable platform practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years supporting information platforms, construction tech, or document management systems.
• Advanced hands-on Procore administration including company and project level configuration.
• Ability to evaluate complex platform environments and lead implementations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable platform configurations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure information platforms (primarily Procore) across company and projects.
• Establish governance standards, role-based access, and auditing practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Support integrations between platforms and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity.
• Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards for platform governance and decision making.
• Provide training and mentorship to platform administrators and stakeholders.
