Job summary

MasTec Power Delivery in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Project Coordinator to manage controlled exchange, review, and approval of Greenlink program documents and deliverables. You will work with Construction Project Management to handle Procore workflows, project docs, and communications, reporting to the Director of Operational Controls.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and experience coordinating multiple tasks across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using Procore required.
• An associate degree or higher (or equivalent direct project coordination experience).
• Minimum 2 years of document management in an engineering or construction environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and structured document management systems.
• Familiarity with construction document control standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation in Procore with metadata and version control.
• Register RFIs, specs, reports, and other deliverables with quality checks.
• Distribute and track RFIs and submittals to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain document logs and provide status updates on items.
• Escalate bottlenecks to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting minutes and action item summaries.
• Support audits with traceability reports and logs.
• Train and assist team members on document management procedures.
