Job summary

Ameresco, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers across the Western Region. This role focuses on project setup, document control, compliance management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience supporting large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project documentation using Procore and other PM platforms.
• Coordinate project scheduling milestones, deliveries, and logistics.
• Support subcontract administration, including tracking documents, budgets, and invoicing.
• Prepare bid packages, RFIs, addenda, and bid tabulations as needed.
• Track project closeout activities through substantial completion and final documentation.
• Provide routine project reporting and coordination with internal teams and clients.
