Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or construction/engineering administration.
• Experience with Procore required.
• Familiarity with construction documentation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain environmental project folders in Procore.
• Track, distribute, and monitor RFIs and project documentation.
• Assist in maintaining consistency across internal documentation systems.
