Job summary

Integra is seeking an Information Platform Lead in Houston to serve as the SME for Procore and other enterprise information platforms. You will oversee administration, governance, and optimization to support business operations and compliance.

Reporting to EIM leadership, you will partner with IT, document control, and program teams to implement scalable configurations, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across platform usage and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• 8+ years of experience with information platforms, construction tech, or document management systems.
• Advanced Procore administration experience in a complex organizational environment.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex platform environments and lead implementations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Experience supporting platform governance, access management, audits, and information quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for assigned information platforms, with primary responsibility for Procore.
• Administer and configure company- and project-level platform settings, workflows, permissions, reporting, and templates.
• Establish and maintain standardized configurations, documentation, and change control processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, workflow, and information-management issues.
• Establish governance standards, access controls, and review processes.
• Collaborate with IT, leadership, and stakeholders on identity, security, and governance actions.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports for platform governance.
• Provide training and mentoring to platform administrators and end users.
