Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of software development experience with infrastructure and scalable systems.
• 3+ years managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in GCP and Kubernetes/GKE; Terraform for IaC; familiarity with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and operation of Procore AI infrastructure and its expansion across geographic and sovereign zones.
• Manage a high-performing team of software and infrastructure engineers and support career growth.
• Lead design and build-out of infrastructure (AWS and GCP) and repeatable deployment patterns for new zones.
• Partner with Procore AI teams to define integration requirements and accelerate feature adoption.
• Drive architectural consistency across zones to enable reusable foundations.
• Ensure data residency, security, and regulatory compliance (FedRAMP/NIST 800-53, GDPR, regional sovereignty).
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLOs for platform reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to create infrastructure design documents.
