Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Identity & Access Management in Austin, TX. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procore's authorization platform, spanning fine-grained access control and policy engines, partnering with engineering, security, and GTM teams to ship enterprise-grade solutions.

You will mentor junior PMs and help define metrics, with AI increasingly shaping discovery, specs, and SDLC in this role.

Qualifications

5–8 years of product management experience in Identity and Access Management or authorization-focused roles.
Strong expertise in RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, policy engines, and API design for authorization.
Experience with enterprise-scale security, auditability, least privilege, and scale considerations.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Procore’s authorization platform, including FGA, AI agent permissions, and the policy engine.
Translate complex authorization requirements into clear product strategies and executive-ready documentation.
Lead discovery with enterprise customers and security buyers to surface unmet access control needs and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and design to deliver scalable, secure authorization solutions and manage risks.
Define initiative-level outcomes, KPIs, and communicate impact to leadership; drive GTM coordination for authorization capabilities.
