Job summary

Integra, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Program Information Manager to lead enterprise information governance for a major capital program. You will ensure information quality, integration across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning, and drive turnover readiness to operations.

You will guide leadership on information risks, implement governance standards, and manage information health metrics to support successful project execution and long-term asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline and professional experience in capital projects.
• Minimum 10 years supporting engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, manufacturing, or major capital projects.
• Minimum 5 years leading information management, document control, project controls, turnover, or project delivery functions.
• Experience with EPC, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Enterprise Information Management representative for assigned capital programs.
• Develop and implement the program information management strategy aligned with program execution and turnover readiness.
• Advise program leadership on information-related risks, priorities, and performance.
• Establish and govern program information management processes, standards, and requirements.
• Coordinate information management across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Quality, Commissioning, Operations, and external partners.
