Finance of America is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage reverse mortgage loan applications and act as the liaison between clients and Loan Officers through the closing process.
You will verify documents, ensure LOS accuracy, and ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines while maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.

Responsible for processing Reverse mortgage loans, and acting as the liaison between clients and Loan Officers through the closing process. Also responsible for helping eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner while adhering to all company guidelines, as well as federal and state regulations.
The base salary range for this position ($56,388 - $74,880) is inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
