The role requires 2+ years of mechanical/technical manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 8-hour rotating shifts including nights, with opportunities for growth and cross-training in a 24/7 plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of mechanical/technical manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors in English.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty conditions.
• Able to wear PPE as required.
• Ability to work around high-speed machinery and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Assist miller by providing process system support and operating processing equipment.
• Perform sanitation and maintain processing areas.
• Start-up/shutdown Wheat house on A/B & C mills.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on milling equipment.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve performance.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Support other plant areas as assigned.
