Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to follow safety and grooming standards.
• Reliable communication with coworkers and supervisors in English.

Responsabilités

• Learn and operate Bisquick production equipment, including packaging lines.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance within capability and assist higher-level tasks.
• Conduct HACCP, seal tests, weight tests, code dating, metal detector, and check weigher checks.
• Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees.
