Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions.
• Forklift certification is required for all employees and forklift operation is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Work safely while resolving equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical defects and recurring issues.
• Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence of failures.
• Perform uptime and downtime preventative maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment performance.
• Perform quality and safety checks.
• Assist in training new employees.
