Job summary

Byrne Hollow Farm in Cortland, NY is seeking a Processing Technology Manager to lead and coordinate maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of ESL, Aseptic, and new pasteurization technologies. You will plan, direct, and optimize PM programs, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades to maximize productivity and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and a track record in processing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in processing; ESL/Aseptic/fresh Grade 'A' preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, instruments and controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting and RCA events to drive improvement.
• Oversee maintenance of ESL, Aseptic, and new tech processing operations.
• Coordinate all PMs, rebuilds, and improvements with operations team.
• Development and upgrades to PM system for all process systems.
• Ensure issues are addressed to increase productivity and capabilities.
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns and corrective actions.
