Job summary

Byrne Hollow Farm in Cortland, NY is seeking a Processing Technology Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance and optimization of ESL, Aseptic, and new pasteurized technology. You will drive PM programs, oversee equipment rebuilds, conduct technical investigations, and lead troubleshooting efforts across processing teams.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 4+ years in processing (ESL/Aseptic), and experience with programmable logic controllers and controls.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• At least 4 years' experience in processing (ESL, Aseptic, and/or fresh Grade "A" ).
• Experience with programmable logic controllers, instruments and controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting / RCA events to drive improvement and teach processing and leadership teams.
• Oversee maintenance of ESL, Aseptic, and new technology Processing Operations to increase productivity.
• Coordinate all equipment and system PM's / rebuilds / improvements with Processing operations team.
• Develop and upgrade PM systems for all process systems and ancillary equipment.
• Address mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity and identify where operators can assist.
• Develop Preventative and Predictive Maintenance tasks for processing equipment and monitor completion rates.
• Ensure RCAs are conducted on equipment breakdowns and corrective actions are implemented.
