America’s Thrift Stores is seeking a Processing Supervisor to lead daily production teams, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient processing aligned with company standards. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining high merchandise standards while supporting promotions and donor relations.

The candidate will supervise, schedule, and develop staff, while upholding safety policies and loss-prevention practices in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a supervisory/lead role in retail or processing.
• Basic mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to assess, observe and coach others effectively.
• Ability to follow and apply written and verbal instructions.
• Strong decision-making and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the production team.
• Manage inventory tracking and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate targets and progress to the team.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Schedule team according to labor requirements.
• Coach and recognize team performance.
• Maintain merchandise standards, pricing, and shop-ability.
• Support store leadership with promotions and programs.
